All vehicles are fully seat-belted, air-conditioned, and operated by safe, licensed, and legally compliant drivers. Price is per person. Transport will be allocated based on total bookings and will be provided via an 8-, 16-, or 28-seater minibus, offering a great opportunity to meet fellow holidaymakers along the way. In case we need to contact you while you are on holiday, a valid WhatsApp contact number must be provided at checkout. First name and second name must be supplied for all passengers.
The entire amount for transport provided will be paid to the driver or their organisation. Tunisian Events has no desire to make money from transport services provided by local people. We actively work with as many local people as possible and will pay them a fair wage. We are committed to providing excellent customer service, superior entertainment and a commitment to work with Tunisian people to help boost the local economy.

80s Night Party Event
The Face Nightclub, Sousse, Tunisia
1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all persons attending the 80s Night Party Event (“the Event”) held at The Face Nightclub, Sousse, Tunisia (“the Venue”). By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Event, all attendees agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Tickets and Admission
All tickets are issued subject to availability and remain the property of the event organiser. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where the Event is cancelled by the organiser. Proof of purchase must be presented upon entry. The organiser and Venue reserve the right to refuse admission without refund where these Terms and Conditions are not complied with.
3. Event Schedule and Programme
The organiser reserves the right to alter the Event schedule, timings, advertised DJs, or performers where reasonably necessary. Any changes to the programme do not entitle ticket holders to a refund. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable.
4. DJ and Performer Disclaimer
All DJs and performers are advertised in good faith. However, the organiser reserves the right to substitute, amend, or remove any DJ or performer due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, travel disruption, or contractual issues. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund or compensation.
5. Conduct and Behaviour
All attendees are required to behave in a respectful and orderly manner at all times. The organiser and Venue reserve the right to remove any person whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, offensive, or inappropriate, without refund or compensation. Any damage caused to the Venue or its property may result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
6. Dress Code
Appropriate attire suitable for a nightclub environment is required. 80s-themed dress is encouraged but not mandatory. The organiser and Venue reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual whose attire is considered inappropriate, offensive, or unsuitable.
7. Health and Safety
All attendees must comply with all health and safety regulations imposed by the Venue and with any instructions issued by event staff or security personnel. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Event without refund.
8. Photography and Recording
Photography and video recording may take place during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending the Event, attendees consent to the use of their image or likeness in such material without compensation.
9. Personal Property
The organiser and Venue accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises. All personal items are brought at the attendee’s own risk.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to this, the organiser and Venue shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by attendees during or in connection with the Event.
11. Force Majeure
The organiser shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, public disorder, or operational disruptions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Tunisia.
